Further Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island among the released materials.

Additionally contained in this new photograph release seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had created ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.

You can see the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and features a notes section detailing various parts of the estate.

Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for boat shelters.

Additional images disclosed as part of the current investigative release.
